The 2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 was dropped and is now offered as the 2025 Sierra EV Denali with two battery configurations: Extended Range and Max Range.
The 2025 Denali model now has standard remote automatic parking, a refreshed grille design, and an upgraded 5G connection. It also gets five new paint colors compared to the one option last year, which we'll detail further below.

2025 GMC SIERRA EV DENALI
The 2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali is perfect for drivers who want the most luxurious electric pickup driving experience with customizable configurations.

The 2025 Sierra EV has a sleek dashboard with a 16.8" diagonal center infotainment touchscreen. It has a standard 14" head-up display with up to 14 camera views and a tri-navigational touchscreen that can manage up to three apps simultaneously. The cabin comes in Jet Black with premium wood grain, quilted leather seating, and a panoramic fixed glass roof. It also has 60/40 split-folding rear seats for versatile cargo usage.

2025 GMC Sierra EV Powertrain, Horsepower, Torque
The 2025 Sierra EV powertrain has two Ultium battery pack options: Extended Range and Max Range. It has a dual-motor setup with one in the front and rear and an e4WD system.
The powertrain performance specs vary by battery pack configuration:

The 2025 Sierra EV range specs vary per trim and battery configuration:

Average charging times depend on the standard or available equipment used, with limited information currently available. According to GMC, all trims can charge up to 100 miles in approximately 10 minutes using the 800V public DC fast-charging system. Level 2 240V home charging with 7.7 kW is standard on the Denali.

The 2025 Sierra EV can tow up to 10,500 lbs with a 1,350 lbs. max payload capacity.
It has several standard towing assistance technologies, including:
- ProGrade Trailering System: Its features include a hitch view camera with blind spot compatibility, an integrated trailer brake controller, trailer tire pressure sensors, and more.
- Max Tow Mode: Driver-select mode that optimizes power distribution and driving dynamics for heavy loads.
- MultiPro Tailgate: A seven-way configurable tailgate to extend the bed and maximize functionality to unload/load various-sized items more easily.
- MultiPro MidGate: Extends the cargo bed to the cabin for increased cargo space for longer items.

The 2025 Sierra EV has over 15 safety and driver assistance features, including:

- OnStar emergency services become active if the driver becomes unresponsive
