The Octane GMC promise is that they "Respect Your Time". We took our Yukon for its first oil change. When the appointment was scheduled they said it would take 30-45 minutes to get it done. We waited for 2 hours. If I wouldn't have asked Mickee what was the status on our car we probably would still be there today. We had other appointments that day which we had to adjust due to the inconsideration of our time.

James has been amazing and he wasn't even our salesperson. Wish he had been!! He's even called to check in and see how I'm enjoying my new truck.
