The 2026 GMC Sierra EV release date was summer 2025 and is available at your local dealership now. The start of regular production (SORP) was May 2025 at the GM Factory Zero plant in Detroit, Michigan.

Several features are also available for the Elevation, including an 800-volt DC fast-charging system (up to 300 kW), a 7.2 kW energy transfer off-boarding power system, and a MultiPro MidGate.

2026 GMC Sierra EV AT4

The all-new 2026 GMC Sierra EV AT4 is the off-road trim level, with pricing starting at $79,300 MSRP.

Its key features include:

• 18" aluminum machine face wheels with Low Gloss painted pockets and 35" all-terrain tires
• 2" additional ground clearance with red front recovery hooks, srapy-on bedliner, and a lifted coil suspension

The 2026 Sierra EV is a large full-size electric pickup with four doors, aluminum wheels, and a cargo bed. It has a signature two-box body with an aerodynamic front fascia, angular accents, and vertical air curtains. The front fascia was redesigned with a bolder grille and distinctive signature lighting.
